What is The Grateful Heart Challenge?

The Grateful Heart is a 5-day online challenge designed to enhance your life by integrating the practice of gratitude. Each day, participants will explore different aspects and exercises of gratitude, such as noticing the good, journaling, expressing thanks, affirming positively, and finding the silver lining in everyday situations.

How does the challenge work?

After you sign up, starting January 6, 2025, you will receive a daily email for 5 consecutive days. Each email contains instructions, insights, and exercises for the day's gratitude theme. You'll spend a few minutes each day on these exercises, which you can incorporate into your normal daily routine.

What do I need to participate?

You only need an email address to receive the daily challenge materials and access to the internet. A notebook and pen could be handy for journaling, but it's not mandatory.
