Are you Interested in Participating in One (or more) of our Micro-Summits?
Are you ready to share your expertise and high-value resources with an audience of women with online heart-centered businesses? Empowered Entrepreneur Essentials, curated by Aligned Business Goddess Larissa Russell of Heart-Centered Academy. Each micro-summit is designed to tackle specific pain points and provide real solutions to women on their way to becoming aligned business goddesses—one topic at a time. Each summit will focus on answering a clear and relevant question, giving participants the tools they need to take action.
Contributing to Empowered Entrepreneur Essentials Summits
1. Apply to be a Contributor. You only need to do this ONCE per year.
For Summit and/or bundle
2. After you are accepted, we will send you the forms for each month you requested to be a part of.
3. Complete each form
3a. If you are Speaking: schedule and hold your interview with Larissa
4. Submit your bundle product(s). Submit as many products as you want, as far in advance as you want. Products for each bundle are due by the last day of the second month before the bundle launches (e.g., July 31 for the September bundle, December 31st for the February bundle, etc.).

Our micro-summits are audio only and each month is one specific topic. You can speak at up to 3 in a 12-month period.
If you are accepted as a speaker you will:

Provide a gift on the subject of the summit(s), this is your opt-in to bring people to your list ($27 value or higher)
Promote the Micro-Summit(s) you are speaking in. We request 1 solo email, 1 email mention, & 1 social media post
You are welcome to offer other free or sale items to any or all Micro-Summits; offers must be specific to the topic.
We encourage speakers to share a VIP offer worth $97+
You can contribute to any or all Micro-Summits, with a product that directly aligns with the Micro-Summit topic
Free gift for all attendees (value of $27+) - We ask all speakers to contribute a gift to all attendees
Free gift that normally costs $97 or more on your site for all VIP attendees
Sale item that is 50% off or more on any priced item available to all attendees
Your contribution must be of high quality and legally yours to sell (i.e., don’t steal someone else’s work!).
All offers must be aligned with the topic of the summit(s).
We ask all speakers to contribute at least one item with a value of $27 or more as a gift.
You can make an offer to the VIP attendees worth $97+, which has been offered for sale at that price, and is not available for free on your site.
You are welcome to offer a sale item(s) of any value. The sale price must be 50% off or more. These will be offered to all attendees
We are huge fans of AI used in an ethical and supportive way. You are welcome to share content created or partially created with AI as long as it is clearly marked as such. Sharing how to use AI for the month's topic is always welcome.
Contributed items must not be used in another bundle or giveaway for 3 months prior to the sale dates of the bundle you are contributing to. This ensures a better customer experience and avoids duplication of bundles.
Each free offer cannot be used in more than one of our micro-summits in 12 months.
Sales Items can be added to a maximum of 3 summits, per 12 month period, and must be aligned with the topic
You will provide a link that allows the customers to get your product or service for free. This link must remain active for a minimum of 60 days from the release of the micro-summit. You may want to leave it available longer as we will continue selling VIP offers of past summits.

Your free offers and Sale offers can require payment information
As a speaker: We ask you to promote at least one solo email, one email mention, and one social media post (more is welcome) during your promotion period
As a product contributor: We ask you to promote at least twice, with at least one promotion by email during your promotion period
It is encouraged that you require an email sign-up when customers redeem your offer. This will allow you to collect emails, build trust, and potentially sell other products to them later.
Upsells and tripwires are allowed and encouraged to maximize the value of your contribution and further engage new customers.
There is no fee for speaking or submitting products to the bundles.
4-6 of the best-fitting speakers will be selected from those submitted. If you are not chosen to speak for a particular summit, you can still contribute an offer to all attendees ($27+ value), a VIP offer ($97+ value), and/or a sales item (minimum 50% off)
