You are free to cancel at any time. Stay as long as you find it beneficial to you and your life, and leave when it no longer fits. We recommend a minimum of 2 months to build your habits.

Every day seems like a lot. Why so often?

It may seem like a lot until you get into the habit. Those who attend any of our daily programs can’t imagine their mornings without it. Many people wish we could meet on weekends and holidays too.

You don’t need to attend each day. But you will find it beneficial and supportive to join us daily.

What is the schedule for the live sessions?

Amethyst and Citrine meet on weekday mornings, for one hour, at 6 am Mountain/8 am Eastern. Weekends are for individual practice and reflection.


Amethyst and Rose Quartz meet twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays at 1 pm Mountain/3 pm Eastern. Note: If Monday is a holiday (Canadian) we meet on Tuesday.


Once a month all members are invited to a Connection Call to share and ask questions. These are held on the 1st Tuesday of the Month at 1 pm Mountain/3 pm Eastern

The program may feel uncomfortable at times, but we encourage you to get comfortable with being uncomfortable for the sake of growth.

Please Note: We do not meet on Canadian Holidays. We take one week off in the Summer and one week off in December.

Can I get a refund if I don't like the program?

We do not offer refunds, however, this is a monthly membership and you can cancel at any time. We do encourage you to stay for a minimum of 2 months to build commitment and consistency.

Is there a specific start date?

No, you can start at any time. The sooner the better to get the results you are looking for.

Do you provide projects and learnings for us?

We provide some Journaling Prompts you can choose to use, or not.

We provide some Mirror Affirmations you can choose to use, or not.

We provide some Stretches you can choose to use, or not.

We do not provide creative projects or new learnings.


We provide a set time and support for Your Empowerment Journey.

What if the time doesn’t work for me?

The best part of the program is the accountability of meeting for each session. However, you can choose to self-paced and receive all the practices and materials to do on your schedule.

How much time will it take?

All the practices take approximately 2 hours a day. However, they do not need to be done all at once. If you join for Amethyst or Citrine we complete half the practices in our daily session, Amethyst and Rose Quartz meet for two 1 hour sessions to build the habits

What if I miss a session?

It is okay. The sessions are to set time for yourself and to help you stay accountable to yourself. You can do all the intentions on your own. The workbook and tracking sheets will also help you stay on track.

What benefits can I expect from this program?

Participants can expect increased self-awareness, better time management, enhanced physical and mental well-being, improved focus and productivity, stronger connections, and a deeper alignment with their divine feminine energy.

If I miss a day is it recorded?

We are not recording the sessions. However, you will have access to recordings of the different practices, that you can use at any time.

Do you provide all the content?

No, each session is time for these practices. Time in community, with a facilitator and timers. We do not provide daily content. Each month we will give suggestions and some prompts.

What supplies are needed?

For Citrine: Journal & pen, you may want another book or paper to set your intentions for the day, your calendar.

For Rose Quartz: Creative supplies (whatever that means for you), a mirror, a book or other learning materials, room to stretch.

Amethyst: Requires all of the above.

Everyone: Requires Zoom, Internet and Device to connect with us.

I don't have time. How would I fit it into my busy schedule?

We understand that everyone has a busy life, and fitting in new routines can be challenging. Here are some tips to help you incorporate the Empowered Living Program into your daily schedule:

  • Start Small: You can choose to join once, twice, or more a week and gradually build up until you feel comfortable with the daily practice. We do suggest jumping in for all 5 days for the best results. Ultimately you know yourself best, if it would be too overwhelming, choose to ease in.
  • Morning Routine: Consider waking up 30-60 minutes earlier to dedicate time to your morning practices. This quiet time can set a positive tone for the rest of your day.
  • Combine Activities: You can combine some activities to save time. For example, you can do your stretching and meditation back-to-back or listen to an audiobook while commuting or exercising.
  • Use Downtime: Utilize small pockets of time throughout your day. For instance, you can practice gratitude while making breakfast, repeat affirmations in the mirror while brushing your teeth, or journal during your lunch break.
  • Prioritize Self-Care: Remember that the program is about investing in yourself. Prioritizing these activities can enhance your productivity, focus, and overall well-being, making the rest of your day more efficient.
  • Flexible Schedule: If you miss a weekday morning session, you can catch up on the practices during your own time on weekends or evenings. The private community and workbook will support you in staying on track.
