Who is this program for?

This program is for any woman who wants to add calm and clarity to her life, make connections, and build self-awareness.

It’s also for women who want to get in touch with their emotions and heal through a past or current trauma.

I cannot meditate. Will I get anything from it?

Many people struggle with meditation. It’s not easy for everyone to empty their mind of everything.

Our guided meditations allow you to focus on what is being said. You can also focus on your breathing if you prefer.

You can also benefit from the journaling and live discussions even if you don't go into full meditation.

Every day seems like a lot. Why so often?

It may seem like a lot until you get into the habit. Those who attend every day can’t imagine their mornings without it. Many people wish we could meet on weekends and holidays too.

You don’t need to attend each day. But you will find it difficult to stay away once you start.

I am not sure if this is for me. Can I try it?

Yes, we offer a free 2-week trial. When you sign up you will not be charged until 14 days later.

If you cancel any time during the first 14 days, you will not be charged.

What supplies do I need?

All you need is a pen, paper, and access to the internet to log into the program.


To join us on the live Zoom calls, you will need to download the free Zoom app.

What if the time doesn’t work for me?

No worries. We have a full library of recorded guided meditations and journaling prompts.

Having a morning routine, whenever that is for you, is the most important.

You will miss out on our live discussions. So if it fits your schedule, do give it a try.

Can my kids join?

We cannot allow people under 16 to join on their own. However, you can join and share the content with your child if you wish. It is a wonderful healthy habit for children to learn.

The program is not working for me. Can I opt out?

Yes. If the program is not working for you, you can cancel your membership at any time you want. If you cancel in the middle of your month, you will still have access to the program until your next due date.
